The team of 88 specialists of mental health at the all-Ukrainian call center #VARTOZHYTY provide free counseling to anyone who is anxious and unable to cope with emotions and stress due to the full-scale war.
We remember that a request for psychological help is an appeal from a person who takes some responsibility for his or her own life, and most importantly, recognizes that his or her life has not gone as he or she would like.
We provide free and anonymous crisis counseling.

The psychological support line #VARTOZHYTY does not have any permanent source of funding and operates at the expense of charitable contributions from Ukrainians around the world, individual grants, and thanks to the support of socially responsible companies, who provide a number of their services free of charge.
