Psychological support of civilians
Since February 25, 2022, the team of psychologists at the all-Ukrainian call center #ВАРТОЖИТИ has been providing free counseling to anyone who is anxious and unable to cope with emotions and stress due to the full-scale war.
We remember that a request for psychological help is an appeal from a person who takes some responsibility for his or her own life, and most importantly, recognizes that his or her life has not gone as he or she would like.
And we consider this step to be heroic. Because not everyone can take the step of seeking help.
We provide free and anonymous crisis counseling.

The psychological support line does not have any permanent source of funding and operates at the expense of charitable contributions from Ukrainians around the world, individual grants, and thanks to the support of socially responsible companies,
who provide a number of their services free of charge.

The work of the back-office team of the #ВАРТОЖИТИ psychological support call center is implemented with the financial support of United Ukraine Appeal, an Australian charity founded by a group of concerned Ukrainians.
United Ukraine Appeal provides practical support to Ukrainians in need: medical and humanitarian aid, promotes the rehabilitation of veterans, and provides protection to civilians affected by the fighting.
